1. 총칙 Overview
Jolbaro(이하 “운영자”)는 Danny & Jenny 앱(이하 “서비스”)을 제공하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 처리합니다. 이 방침은 운영자가 어떤 정보를 어떤 목적으로 처리하고, 얼마나 보관하며, 이용자가 어떤 권리를 행사할 수 있는지를 설명합니다. This policy explains what personal information the Danny & Jenny app processes, why, how long it is kept, and what rights you have.
서비스는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보는 수집하지 않습니다. The service is for users aged 14 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14.
2. 수집하는 정보 What we collect

주민등록번호, 결제 정보, 정확한 위치정보는 수집하지 않습니다. We do not collect national ID numbers, payment details, or precise location.
3. 이용 목적 How we use it
- AI 친구와의 통화 제공, 대화 맥락 유지, 개인화된 대화 Providing calls, maintaining context, personalizing conversation
- 통화 후 리포트·표현 카드 생성과 복습 일정 계산 Generating reports and expression cards, scheduling reviews
- 예약 통화 발신 Placing scheduled calls
- 서비스 품질 개선과 오류 파악 Improving quality and diagnosing errors
4. 처리 위탁 및 국외 이전 Processors and international transfer
서비스 운영을 위해 다음 처리자를 이용하며, 데이터는 해외(주로 미국) 서버에서 처리·보관될 수 있습니다. We use the following processors; data may be processed and stored outside Korea, primarily in the United States.

5. 보유 기간 및 파기 Retention and deletion
- 개인정보는 계정 삭제 시 즉시 파기됩니다 (대화 전사·표현 카드·기억·통계 포함, 복구 불가). 분석 처리자에 보관된 이용 통계도 함께 삭제를 요청합니다. All data is destroyed immediately when you delete your account, including analytics records.
- 계정 삭제는 앱 내 [나 → 계정 삭제]에서 언제든 가능합니다. You can delete your account anytime from the app.
- 소셜 계정을 연결하지 않은 익명 계정은 마지막 접속 후 60일이 지나면 자동으로 파기됩니다. 앱이 기기에서 삭제된 것으로 확인되면 최소 15일 경과 후 파기될 수 있습니다. Apple/Google 계정을 연결하면 이 자동 파기 대상에서 제외되어 기간 제한 없이 보관됩니다. Anonymous accounts without a linked social login are deleted 60 days after last activity (or at least 15 days after we detect the app was removed). Linking Apple or Google exempts your account from automatic deletion.
6. 이용자의 권리 Your rights
- 계정 연결·표시 이름 변경·계정 삭제는 앱 안에서 직접 하실 수 있습니다. Link an account, change your name, or delete your account in the app.
- 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요청은 contact@jolbaro.com으로 보내주시면 지체 없이 처리합니다. Email us to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data.
7. 안전성 확보 조치 Security
통신 구간은 TLS로 암호화하며, 서버 자격증명은 Secret Manager에 보관합니다. 데이터베이스는 이용자 본인의 문서만 읽을 수 있도록 접근을 제한하고, 쓰기는 서버만 수행합니다. Traffic is encrypted with TLS, credentials are kept in a secret manager, and database access is scoped to the owning user.

9. 방침 변경 Changes
이 방침이 변경되면 앱 내 공지 또는 이 페이지를 통해 알립니다. 중요한 변경은 시행일 7일 전부터 안내합니다. We will announce changes here or in the app, at least 7 days before material changes take effect.
